Rita

Nutritionist, Pharmacist

Hi, I’m Rita and I’ve been in the wellbeing industry for over 30 years. I qualified first as a pharmacist and then as a nutritional therapist.

I teach nutrition at Leiths School of Food and Wine and have taught for the College of Naturopathic Medicine and for a genetic testing company called DNAfit.

My approach to wellbeing is to understand your goals, see where we are right now, and then focus on how we can get the results you seek.

Sometimes this can involve testing, the most common of which are blood tests (such as food intolerance) and stool testing, to see what’s happening with the gut.

Most of my clients find me through a referral from a friend or colleague.

Having a knowledge of prescribed medicine puts me in the unique position of really understanding medical issues that may be affecting my clients’ health. Together, we can focus on perhaps looking at more natural ways to achieve results through diet and sometimes with the help of a few supplements.

Whatever your health challenge, there is nearly always an opportunity to improve your symptoms. I look forward to helping you on your journey to discover the best version of you.
